The top doubles as a bun warmer with a moisture tray as well which actually works quiet well to keep the buns just right. You can easily disassemble this machine with no tools for quick cleanup. The employee side of the machine is designed to be open for quick and easy access for the operator. The cooker is in great shape with only a small ding as pictured and some damage to the edge in an area of 1-2 inches as shown and described in pictures at the bottom of this auction. This damage is on the back of machine and not noticeable to customers and the ding is only noticeable under perfect lighting conditions and at the right angle.
