Used for my sons birthday part and we never used it after that. You get a free little bag of cotton candy, a pouring spoon, and two reuse able cones. When you using the machine you have to wait for it to heat up after that it makes kids size cotton candy. This is not broken but we never use it. and the only way i could get the cotton candy where I live is online so it was hard to find more bags. I can not find the book that goes with it. for at anytime you are not happy I will try my hardest to help make right I ask for you to be far to me and i will do the same. any questions please ask? Also if you live by you can pick it up no big.
